Quick Instructions: Paste any text into the "Original Text" box, and double click on the words you want in your spelling list.

Detailed Instructions:

If you have a block of text (taken from websites, PDF's, etc), paste it into the "Original Text" box below, then simply double click the words you'd like to add to the spelling list.

If you have a list of spelling words (in any format), paste it into the "Original Text" box below, then select the range of words you'd like to include by dragging with the mouse.

You can also add words individually to the List box at any time.

After you've built your list, click either the "Create Word Find" button or "Create Word Scramble" button. The game will open in a new window, for printing.

Tips

1. This tool is great for additional unit-study pages as well as spelling practice. If you have created or downloaded a unit study, you can create lists from it per the instructions on the left.
2. Text can be copied out of PDF's by clicking the Text Select button:
3. All non-alphabetic characters will be filtered out, and all text will be converted to lower case.
4. Don't worry about duplicate words - they will be automatically removed.
5. Worksheet generation is completely random, so if you want to make multiple, different sheets from the same list, just click the "Create..." buttons more than once!
