Instructions:
There are two modes: Edit and Play. If the left-most button says "Go", you are currently in edit mode.

In Edit mode:
Click to create a new node. Click an existing node to select it. Click and drag to move it. If a node is green (selected), and you click another node, it will create a link between them. If you select a node and press "Make Anchor", that node will not move while in "Play Mode", unless drug by the mouse.

In Play mode:
Nodes can be drug around with the mouse.

Notes:
Currently this application is limited to 100 nodes and 50 links.
